DO YOU HAVE ANY AVAILABLE SUITES? 

Our suites are currently full, but you are more than welcome to submit an application anytime to join the waitlist. Any one on the waitlist will be contacted as soon as a suite becomes available that is a good fit for your business. You can submit an application HERE.

HOW CAN I HOST AN EVENT/ WHAT KIND OF EVENTS ARE ALLOWED? 

You're in the right place!! We love to have small businesses join us any chance we can! We spoil our tenants with catered monthly lunches, breakfast, raffles, opportunities to get weeks of free rent, pop up shops, etc. and would love for you to be part of the gift to our tenants and guests! If you have a pop-up shop or small boutique that you would like to share, please fill out our contact form above and we will collaborate on how we can work together!
